At Dis An Dat Tumbler Store, every custom tumbler is made just for you. Here's exactly how the process works from start to finish.

Step 1: Choose Your Tumbler

Browse our Design Your Drinkware collection and pick the size and style that fits your needs — whether it's a 20oz everyday tumbler, a 30oz travel companion, or our 16oz frosted glass option.

Step 2: Upload Your Art

After adding to cart, you'll have the option to upload your design file. We accept the following file types:

• PNG — preferred for logos and graphics with transparent backgrounds
• JPG/JPEG — great for photos and full-color images
• PDF — ideal for print-ready artwork
• AI / SVG — vector files for the sharpest results

For best results: Use a file that is at least 300 DPI and sized to the print area. The higher the resolution, the sharper your design will look on the tumbler.

Step 3: We Review Your Design

Once we receive your order and artwork, our team reviews your file to make sure it's print-ready. We check for:

• Resolution and image quality
• Color accuracy
• Proper sizing and placement

If we spot any issues, we'll reach out before printing so your tumbler comes out exactly the way you envisioned it.

Step 4: Printed & Shipped to You

Once your design is approved, we get to work. Your custom tumbler is printed, inspected, and carefully packaged before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
