Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons like the holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States):

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer:

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 within the continental US
Flat rate shipping for orders under $50

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or in your order confirmation email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order by:

Standard Shipping: December 15th
Expedited Shipping: December 20th
Express Shipping: December 22nd

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at disandatstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at disandatstore@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
