At Dis An Dat Tumbler Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made tumblers
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at disandatstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact us at disandatstore@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at disandatstore@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
